White Hot is a collection of six hair products especially for grey and white hair. Our shampoos, conditioners and styling products brighten, cleanse, condition and add shine and definition.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

When you make an order we ask for your name, home address, delivery address, email address, and payment details when you make a purchase on our site. We may also obtain information about your usage of our website to help us develop and improve your shopping experience further, through online surveys and other requests.

Google Analytics Display Advertising features have been implemented on our website for the purpose of Demographics and Interest Reporting. This means that information such as your age, gender, location and interests can be recorded upon visiting the White Hot website.

We use a customer feedback partner, to help provide the best customer service possible. Feefo Holdings Ltd is a data processor and is listed with the Information Commissioner’s Office on the Data Protection Public Register with the registration number Z2323576. When you make an order from White Hot, your name and email address will be passed to Feefo, who will then contact you separately to ask if you will give your opinion of the service and the products you received. This is done by an independent company so that you, and other customers, know that the feedback you read about White Hot is verified. Feefo will never use your information for any other purpose or share your information with any third-party and you can unsubscribe from the service at any time via the opt-out link on their email. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. Feefo will send you a customer service email as a follow-up to your purchase and we will not send you marketing emails unless we have your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing emails from us in the future.
